 We invite you to participate at the International Conference “Information Technologies and Modern Armed Conflicts”, which will be held on May 17^th 2010.

The conference will be organized on the sport and recreation centre of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus in Ratomka (5 km from Minsk).

The International Conference “Information Technologies and Modern Armed Conflicts” is aimed at bringing the scientists from around the world to discuss the prime matters in the field of International Law in relation to the IT development.

During the discussion we are planning to concentrate your attention on the following questions:

1.   Information Technologies’ influence on the international legal regulation of warfare.

2.   Information Technologies using as mean and methods of warfare.

3. Consequences of using computer network attack in respect to International Law.

The languages used: Russian and English.

Participation in the Conference is free.

Accommodation and meals on May 17, 2010 are covered by the participants of the Conference.
